How do I connect these speakers to a mp3 player or my computer (which is in the next room. is there a waterproof mp3 player/system for a wet room/bathroom.

You need to connect the speakers to an amplifier, this can be a separates amp or your Hi-fi. You can then connect any input you like into the amplifier.
We are unaware of any waterproof amplifiers. you would normally operate the amplifier in a dry environment and run cable to the speakers.

What is the grill size on this speaker?

The grill size is roughly the same size as the driver, which in this case is 4".
The overall diameter of the speaker including frame is 132mm
