I originally bought the speakers with the transmitter and found myself moving them round from the kitchen to the study to the spare bedroom while I was decorating, so end up just buying two extra sets. I don't know how many speakers can work off one transmitter but I know that six work just fine. May see if I can get some more for my birthday!
