Our next despatch date is Wednesday 2nd January. We will be unable to despatch any items until this date.
At AQ Sound free delivery applies to all Mainland UK deliveries. Please note that deliveries to the Channel Islands and The Highlands & Islands of Scotland will be charged at £9.95.
We do deliver to Europe and overseas, standard delivery charges are:

Zone 3 Deliveries (2-3 Days) - £29.95: Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, Cyprus & Gibralter

Zone 4 Deliveries (2-3 Days) - £39.95: Czech Republic, Norway, Hungary, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Maidera, Malta & Greece

Zone 5 Deliveries (4-5 Days) - £59.95: Estonia, Turkey & Azores
An express service may be available, please ring or email our sales team to check availability and prices. If your country has not been listed the delivery cost for your order will be worked out on an individual basis. You can either contact the customer service team or when ordering online please select Zone 5 delivery and we will adjust the cost and confirm it with you before your order is despatched.
Within the UK, we use DHL and Parcel Force as our shipping agents. We have used them both for over 5 years and their record is excellent. They have proved more reliable than many and a particular benefit is the ability to track parcels through their on-line service.
For non UK deliveries, we generally use DHL, Parcel Force or FedEx dependant on their speciality in the country concerned.
The despatch date and time of orders will be confirmed by email - please contact us if you haven't received the goods within the time period stated.
We will do our absolute best, by using the best carriers, to ensure that the actual delivery meets your expectations - if it doesn't please let us know. It is our policy to ensure you receive the best delivery service possible.
Next Day Delivery
Orders for next day delivery MUST be placed before 3 p.m., and orders placed after 3 p.m will be despatched the following day. The next day delivery service is a next WORKING day service, orders place on a Friday for next day delivery will be delivered on the Monday (unless it is a bank holiday in which case they will be delivered on a Tuesday). Saturday deliveries can be requested at an extra cost.
Please note - In order to protect you, the cardholder, and us, if you're a supplying a delivery address which differs from your card's statement address your order may be subject to additional security checks which consequently may not allow for next day delivery.
