Affordable Luxury You see these things in hotels more and more these days, but you never think that you can buy one yourself - mainly because places like Currys or Comet just don't sell them. So you have to dig a little deeper.
I got lucky. A building contractor friend of mine found these here and got me one. And, if I'm honest, he also installed it for me. But don't let that put you off. As I watched him stick it in I realised how easy it was.
It came nice and securely packed and as long as you have your wall set up for the TV it will go in in no time. Yes it does take a bit of thought (cutting holes, running cable, and futureproofing (optional extra for my benefit - so I can change the cables or put a new model in)) but once you have the basic setup in place its easy. Put it in the wall and seal the the casing in place.
It looks after itself then. It doesn't mist up. The remote is a doddle to use. And if you are really clever about it - or have a builder mate who is - you can run all sorts of devices on it (DVD, satellite TV, XBox perhaps??).
All in all its a quality product. It does what it says very well and you couldn't really ask for more. It has all the inputs you need to plug it into any system I need. I can't think of anything else really that i want it to do - or that it could do better.
