Simon asks: (2008-01-21 10:51:31)
How do I connect the speaker lead to a cd player i.e.what type of jack is at the end of the cable? |
|
Chris says:
The cable does not have a connector on the end. This allows you to connect it to most Hi-Fi type amplifiers. If your amplifier has a plug-type connection, you will need to add your own connector. |

jesmond cilia asks: (2007-09-28 11:19:57)
Can I use ipods as a source for sound? |

You will need to connect the underwater speaker to an amplifier, however you could connect your iPod to the amp. |

James asks: (2007-09-01 23:26:00)
Will this speaker work with any amp or does it require a special amp? |

Tim asks: (2007-03-20 12:49:41)
What height from the floor of the pool should these speakers be mounted? What dispersion characteristics do they have? How do i calculate how many i need for a pool of irregular shape? |
|
Martin says:
We suggest the UWS30 is positioned half way down in the deep end and something similar in the swallow end. If the pool is 25m long two UWS30 should be sufficient. But it also depends on customer requirements |

Chris Horseman asks: (2005-09-30 12:42:33)
Does this product need permanent installation or can it be placed on the pool floor when required? |
|
Chris says:
No, the unit can be lowered and raised as you wish without any permanent fixing to the pool. Certainly it can be fixed if you wish - but it is neither essential nor makes any difference to the sound quality - which is good in either case. |
