Would 1 underwater speaker be enough for the sound to be consistent in a pool measuring 14 x 3.5m? Or would there need to be one at either end of the pool? If two speakers were used, would this provide stereo sound, or be configured to do so?

2 Speakers would be required, and yes they could be set up to provide stereo sound.
